Elaboration: Advent Samsó is a sweet natural rose wine obtained from the selective harvesting of the best clusters of Samsó that have achieved maximum concentration naturally in the vineyard. A complex, long and slow fermentation during its permanence and aging gives this wine so unique and unique, its character and personality so pronounced.
Aging: 9 months of slow fermentation and later aging on lees in new French oak barrels.
Alk. Grade: 9.5%.
Tasting note: It seduces us in the nose, subtle, elegant, complex and fresh, which reflects what we have in our mouth. Golosity, power and freshness, with notes of Mediterranean aromatic understory. Amplitude in the mouth of white pear with syrup, and a long end, with a surprising citrus freshness. Wine of great travel.
