During 5 days it performs a cryomaceration at 9ºC of temperature and during 21 days it remains in maceration. Next, the malolactic fermentation takes place, and its aging is 9 months in 300 and 500 liter barrels of French and Hungarian oak. Until bottling remains in deposits.
