Jerez Winery uses this blend of grapes, then rest 6 months in French oak barrels. Color Intense red high-brightness layer and tear leaves into the cup. Aromas of red fruits, balsamic notes, softened and harmonized with wood. Taste very balsamic notes of red fruits, chocolate and cedar resin, vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa aftertaste. This Crianza, which has rested several months in French oak barrels from different backgrounds.
Food pairing as an aperitif with slices of cheese and semi-cured, with starters assortment of pates, or food as a companion to red meat.
