Sweet natural oxidative aging wine made from a selection of Pedro Ximénez grapes aged and aged for a long time in American oak barrels, in the centenary soleras of Francisco Yuste de Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
View: Elegant dark mahogany color.
Nose: Aromas of raisins, figs and dates, honey, syrup and fruit compote.
Palate: Velvety and unctuous, with an acidity that mitigates the extreme sweetness.
Gastronomy
It harmonizes exceptionally with not very sweet desserts, blue cheeses of great intensity and dark chocolate. We recommend a service temperature between 12 and 14 degrees.
