WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS
Bright and intense pale gold color and a characteristic nose of the Fine, sharp and incisive with clear notes of "flower" yeast and nuts. Very dry, with rich final bitterness and markedly saline.
An exceptional aperitif that can perfectly sit at the table to enjoy seafood stews, rice dishes and pastas. Accompanies very well and even enhances the flavors of the rich Asian cuisine. Serve very cold in the best thin glass high glass.
