    Aging and aging: This unique wine is the result of a successful combination of Criaderas and Añadas systems and a meticulous selection of wines from our "Privilegio" winery, mostly old vintages, enriched and sprinkled in successive sacks.

    Mythical wine, the Palo Cortado has been established in HIDALGO soleras since 1860.

Tasting: Dark amber color to orange mahogany, clean. Warm, round, unctuous, full aroma. Walnut, vanilla. Mouth wide, fleshy, dry.

Service. Excellent wine in a multitude of options. Highly recommended with nuts, appetizer accompanying starters, perfect with almost all kinds of cheeses and Iberian sausages or pickles. In the excellent table with stews, meat of fat structure and hunting. Also, as an alternative to a good after-dinner glass.
It should be served in a wide catavinos or glass of wine where you can express your qualities. We recommend a service temperature of 14º.
