A very long biological aging of the best Manzanillas Pasadas de Sanlúcar as Manzanilla La Kika, gives way when the veil of flower disappears to a phase of oxidative aging that make this wine worthy member of the last hatchery of Amontillado of the Count of Aldama .
View: Dark amber, clean and bright.
Nose: High aromatic intensity with notes of nuts and iodized, characteristic of a long biological aging.
Mouth: Dry but with a very light sweet sensation, soft on the palate, enveloping, unctuous. Complex but very structured. Full and long. Alcohol is perfectly integrated. Amontillado without double heading.
Gastronomy
It harmonizes with a variety of dishes such as rice, smoked, cured cheeses, white meats, blue fish and spicy dishes.
