Enate 234 white wine is born from payment 234, a single farm in which this grape variety is grown. And one of the many that it has distributed by diverse municipalities of Huesca, in the DO Somontano.
It is a monovarietal wine of Chardonnay, of strains of about 35 years harvested by night and of manual form. Once the grapes arrived at the Enate winery, they were destemmed and lightly crushed to remain in skin maceration for 5 hours. After this period of time, the cleaned must fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperature.
At the end, the wine Enate Chardonnay 234 2016 was clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -5 ° C before being bottled.
The label of this Chardonnay of Enate is the work of the painter Pepe Cerdá.
