Valuation: A target of care, made 100% with the godello variety of two vines, one of 30 years, from which comes 75% of the grapes, planted in slate soil at an altitude of 650-670 m, and another young (16 years old), planted in schist soil and blackboard at 480.
NOTE: Because it has been bottled unfiltered, it may present solid residues. It is recommended to decant.
Aging: Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels and aging on lees for 12 months. Subsequently, it remains in concrete eggs for 4 months and in the bottle for 18 months. It has not carried out malolactic fermentation.
Graduation: 13.0%
Optimum service temperature: Between 12ºC and 14ºC
